The basics of FindFlow

FindFlow is a collection of software components, data pipelines, and architectures for processing language, combining state-of-the-art techniques from academic research and technology breakthroughs.

The concept of AI Agent

An AI agent is an intelligent system designed to autonomously complete tasks on behalf of a user. It achieves this by breaking down goals into smaller tasks, using the right tools to accomplish these tasks, and learning and adapting over time. FindFlow outperforms leading alternative solutions in benchmark tests for business-critical tasks like accurately analyzing the content of documents or finding key information from a vast trove of company documents and communications (a process often called RAG – Retrieval Augmented Generation).

Accuracy can be further improved with various techniques such as fine-tuning the system on your data. Integrating components of FindFlow into one of our client’s existing chat bots raised their system accuracy to 97%, up from a previous baseline of 93%.

Security & data privacy

FindFlow was built from the ground-up with security and data privacy at the core, with features including:

1. Access control: manage user access to sensitive documents with a permission control framework based on user roles. Your existing identity management system can be used to easily limit user access.
2. Audit logs: ensure compliance with detailed logs of usage
3. Hosting control: the system can run completely private to your organization with a local OSS Large Language Model, or you can use third party APIs for access to additional models. Hybrid systems that keep confidential or sensitive data local can also be used.
4. Keyword blocking: prevent data leakage when using third-party APIs by using keyword or rules-based blocklists.
5. Independent control: Recursive fully hands the system environment to you upon completion of the development, and we retain no access to the system or your data after deployment.
